Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • During holidays or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 3–5 business days

  • Shipping Fee: $8.99

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders of $79 or more (before taxes and after discounts, where applicable).

Express Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 1–2 business days

  • Shipping Fee: $19.99

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Delivery Delays

While we work with reliable shipping carriers, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to severe weather, holidays, carrier operational issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

HOT KITTY is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged package

  • Clear photos of the damaged product(s)

We will review your request promptly and work toward an appropriate resolution.
